DAY 10 – DISCOVERING THE WEST – PUERTO RICO

«Accomodation» We arrived to Rincon in the night to sleep, we got a super cool Airbnb place for a total price of 382 euros for 4 nights for 3 people. (which means around 31 euros per person per night)

WHAT TO SEE IN WEST PUERTO RICO

We got our super cool red Jeep and we did a route:

• San Germán
• La Parguera
• Cabo Rojo
  • Faro
  • Playuela
• Boquerón

 

12.00pm – Route around west Puerto Rico

 

San Germán

We got San Germán, which is the second city founded by the Spanish in Puerto Rico. The original village was founded in 1511.

 

La Parguera

Tsunami !! This life, where nothing is sure and everything is possible

La Parguera Nature Reserve is one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems in Puerto Rico; characterized by one of the most extensive and well developed coral reefs on the island. Here you can observe mangrove forests, red and white mangroves are most prevalent species here. Explore the salt marshes, cays, islets and seagrass beds where schools of tiny tropical fish love to play

 

3.00pm – Lunch in Mc Donalds.

We stoped to have lunch in a very vintage Mc Donalds, worth it to show you.

 

Cabo Rojo

We are always looking for a light to guide our own way. But, you can be your own light to bright your own way

 

Boquerón

We have dinner here, I remember to eat a delicious shrimp. (maybe not very advisable for the night as it is strong dish)
